Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Fine Line Dialer collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to your use of our website, dialer, wallet, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
Account information — name, email address, role, organization, and authentication credentials created when you accept an invite.
Billing information — payment method details and billing history are processed by our payment processor; we store transaction identifiers, amounts, and status, not full card numbers.
Customer Data — leads, phone numbers, dispositions, notes, and other content you upload or generate to run your outbound campaigns.
Call metadata — timestamps, durations, disposition, agent, from/to numbers, and billing minutes for each call placed through the Service.
Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, timestamps, and pages accessed, collected automatically as you use the Service.
Compliance signals — DNC list membership, consent records you upload, and audit events for policy acceptance and account actions.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including placing calls and applying wallet billing.
- Authenticate users, secure the account, and detect abuse or fraud.
- Process payments and top-ups through our payment processor.
- Enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy and comply with legal obligations.
- Communicate with you about the Service, security notices, billing, and updates.
- Improve reliability, performance, and product features.
4. Retention
We retain account, billing, and call-metadata records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, security, and audit purposes. You may request deletion of Customer Data, subject to legal retention requirements.
5. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security in our database. No system is perfectly secure — you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for maintaining your own backups of important data.
6. Your Choices & Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict certain personal information about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at jacobprieto@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You may opt out of non-essential email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. Security, billing, and service notices are required for account operation and cannot be opted out of.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. International Transfers
We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from another jurisdiction, information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate.
