Acceptable Use Policy

Version 2026-07-04 · Effective 2026-07-04

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets rules for how you may and may not use the Fine Line Dialer Service. It is part of our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP is grounds for suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service, and you may not permit anyone else to use it, to engage in any of the following:

  • Spam — sending unsolicited messages or making unsolicited calls in violation of applicable law.
  • Fraudulent activity — misrepresentation, impersonation, phishing, scams, or any activity intended to deceive.
  • Harassment — threatening, abusive, hateful, or otherwise harassing conduct toward any person.
  • Illegal robocalling — placing calls in violation of TCPA, state law, or federal or state Do Not Call regulations.
  • Circumventing telecommunications laws — spoofing caller ID in violation of law, evading consent or DNC requirements, or misusing calling numbers.
  • Reverse engineering or exploiting the platform — probing, scanning, or attempting to breach the Service; bypassing rate limits, wallet, or authentication; using automated tools to disrupt operation; or circumventing security controls.
  • Sharing or selling accounts — transferring credentials, letting others use your account, or reselling access without authorization.
  • Any unlawful activity — violation of any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

2. Your Compliance Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

  • The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
  • National and state Do Not Call registries and internal DNC processes.
  • Prior express written consent and other consent requirements.
  • Any other applicable telecommunications, telemarketing, or marketing law.

The platform provides software only and does not provide legal advice. Consult qualified counsel about your obligations before dialing.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP or our Terms, immediately and without prior notice where the circumstances warrant.
